This is one of my favorite DO IT YOURSELF forms of Magick! Find a postage stamp that 
shows a person whose traits you admire – you can use a new or cancelled stamp or just an image of the stamp from the internet. Then after printing the image, or using a stamp, seal it with laminating film to protect it and perform a consecration ritual. Nothing complex, just a meditation on the characteristics you admire in the person on the stamp and picture those powers transferred to you. Now you have A TALISMAN!
